The Eventrics team was the first vendor we decided on over two years ago when starting to plan our wedding and it was a fantastic decision. We had a ~250 person Indian & Persian wedding (Sangeet, Hindu Ceremony + Persian Sofreh Aghd Ceremony combined, and Reception) in Naples that was originally set for 2020 but due to the pandemic was postponed to the summer of 2021. Throughout the two years working with Brittany, Taylor, Whitney, Mercedes, and team, we had a great experience.
After almost 3 years of planning it’s hard to believe that it is actually over with! Our family and friends from near and far absolutely loved the day as well. None of this would have been possible without you or the Eventrics team. Thank you so much for your kindness, support, constant patience, and guidance throughout this whole process.
Their expertise with other vendors is more focused in the Central Florida area but they were able to do great research and recommend incredible vendors and be flexible throughout the whole postponement. Their support and guidance leading up to the wedding was great, but their week-of and weekend-of coordination and efforts were truly outstanding. Our families did not have to worry about a single thing all weekend and we had multiple people (even after the wedding) coming up to us telling us that Eventrics was phenomenal and the group of vendors they put together was also fantastic. We are so happy that our wedding turned out to be the way that we imagined it, especially given the pandemic, and Eventrics was one of the most critical parts of that!
