I am based in New York and couldn’t imagine planning a destination wedding without the help of all the local vendors that Eventrics connected us with. Whitney was the lead point of contact for planning the wedding. On the day of the wedding Taylor, Shacha, and Mercedes were on site with us. Whitney has been amazing to work with. She understood our vision and was very patient throughout the planning process. She guided us through the best recommendations for vendors and the wedding timeline. She also worked really well with our parents to incorporate the family vision and provide recommendations accordingly.
I must commend the eventrics team on their execution as well (Taylor, Mercedes, Shacha). They coordinated all the vendors so seamlessly. They are so joyful and positive to work with. As a bride, one member of the Eventrics team was always by my side. They helped me with every request I had, carrying my heavy lengha while walking, making sure the groom and I always had a drink in our hands. Making sure the groom and I ate something at each event, coordinating with the wedding party. The list can go on and on.
