Our team started working with Monica and Ravi about 1 year prior to their scheduled wedding date. We had a blast planning their event with them! Finding the venue was key and our team hit the ground running on gathering options for the client to choose from. Once the perfect venue was found (undergoing massive renovations prior to the scheduled wedding date) we were able to focus our planning efforts on hiring the perfect venue team and keeping on task in the months leading to their special weekend.

One of the challenges we faced during the planning process was word that a local property was also undergoing some pretty serious construction directly in the same location the wedding ceremony would take place. We ensured the designer, venue and all vendors involved were aware of the best possible way to maximize the outdoor space and still create a warm and inviting feel amongst the chaos of construction. The result on the wedding day was truly beautiful and did not cause any interruptions!

One of our personal favorite details from Monica and Ravi’s celebrations was the homemade baklava made by the Groom’s mother! She was kind enough to share some with our team (as well as all the wedding guests) making for a sweet and personalized treat for guests to enjoy during the ceremony.
